Who We Are
KeyStar International, LLC is a Colorado based limited liability company. It was formed to address the growing need, expressed by those in the investing community, for a method to acquire institutional grade income producing properties, in a minimal risk environment, without the individual having to invest millions of their own capital.
What We Do
KeyStar has investigated and studied the various markets, researched the numerous technologies, techniques and methodologies currently in use today. KeyStar then developed a unique and innovative system whereby the average investor can acquire and control premium properties, heretofore only available to very wealthy investors and large institutions. KeyStar has developed a four phase investment strategy that addresses all the pertinent elements of successful investing. KeyStar counsels the investor to help determine and quantify specific objectives, time parameters and key events affecting the resultant investment plan.
Each plan is developed and tailored to the specific needs and wants of the individual investor. The investor is a crucial part of the equation and his/her goals and objectives are paramount to the plan development and the strategy used to accomplish the plans objectives in an effective, safe and expedient manner. Risk tolerance and risk management are essential factors that are analyzed and incorporated into the overall algorithm of the plan so as to address the individuals comfort level regarding the investment strategy employed.

KeyStar does not buy properties and then try to fit your Òround investment pegÓ into our Òsquare property holeÓ. Rather we determine what is in your best interest first, and then we acquire the appropriate type and size of property to meet your investment needs and objectives.

What We Think
At KeyStar we consider you, our client, our most valuable asset, and we treat you accordingly. We believe in the Golden Rule and employ it and the ÒPrudent ManÓ theory in all our decision making processes. Our first question is: ÒWhat is right for our client?Ó Once that determination is made, then, and only then, do we proceed to develop a solution strategy and implementation plan. You, and your goals are always the focal point of our decision making process, as you, and they should be.
Getting Started
Initially you are asked to attend a one hour seminar that is strictly informational. We do not sell anything at the seminar. ItsÕ purpose is to familiarize you with the process and how we work and what we do for you. After attending the seminar you may request an informational packet and should you have an interest you will need to complete a short questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, you then schedule a one-on-one session with John Starke, our Managing Director.
